Leicestershire drone services
Pre-event site photography
Images of venues and grounds before an event to help organisers understand the site and its surroundings.
What this service offers
Capture the venue before guests arrive, with views that show its spaces, approach and wider setting. Pre-event imagery can support discussions between organisers and venue teams and provide useful material for location promotion.
For event organisers, venue owners and teams preparing a site.
What we can capture
- Venue buildings, grounds and approach
- Wide views of open spaces and surroundings
- Photography scheduled before the event where practical
Planning your project
Tell us the event date and when the site is available. These are visual records, not an event safety plan or a guarantee of flight during the event. Any live-event imagery needs a separate feasibility assessment.
Hyde Aerial is based in Leicestershire and welcomes enquiries from Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough and surrounding areas. Share the postcode so we can assess travel and feasibility.
Every project is subject to a site and airspace assessment, suitable weather and any required permissions. The quote confirms the scope, agreed deliverables and timing before you book.
