Enquiry privacy information

How we use the details you share with Hyde Aerial.

Who to contact

Hyde Aerial is a Leicestershire based drone services business. For questions about your information, email admin@hydeaerial.co.uk.

What the enquiry form sends

We receive your name, company name if supplied, email address, telephone number, project location or postcode, selected service, preferred date if supplied, project details and acknowledgements. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the project brief.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to you, discuss feasibility, prepare a quote and manage a proposed project. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages. Responding to a requested quote forms part of the steps towards a possible contract.

Where it goes

The form sends an email to admin@hydeaerial.co.uk through the website’s configured email service. The theme does not create a separate enquiry database. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Server security logs may also record technical details such as an IP address.

To limit automated or repeated enquiries, the form temporarily keeps salted hashes of the enquiry email address and connecting IP address, together with submission counters, for up to 15 minutes. A site-wide submission counter lasts up to one hour. These controls do not store the enquiry message.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting project. Project or financial records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about the information held for your enquiry or to request deletion where appropriate.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction where applicable, and raise concerns with us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
