From first enquiry to finished files

1. Share your brief

Tell us the location, intended use, preferred date and any must-have shots. We discuss access and the practical requirements.

2. Agree the plan

After assessing feasibility, we agree the scope, price, deliverables and timing. Flights depend on weather, airspace and conditions on the day.

3. Capture and deliver

We capture the agreed brief and prepare the files for the intended use. Editing, file formats, usage and delivery times are agreed in your quote.

Before you book

Can you fly at any location?

Each site needs its own assessment. Airspace restrictions, access, permissions, nearby people and obstacles can limit what is possible. Send the exact location with your enquiry.

What if the weather changes?

Unsuitable weather can prevent a flight. We discuss an alternative date or approach and confirm the arrangements for your booking.

How much does it cost?

Quotes depend on the location, time on site, complexity, travel and the files or editing required. Use the enquiry form for a quote based on your brief.

Do you provide inspections or surveys?

Roof and building photography supplies images for review, not a professional inspection or condition report. Mapping supplies visual site overviews and suitable 3D visualisations, not professional surveys or certified measurements.
